Hôtel Village Montana by Les Etincelles

Staff super gentile. Posizione veramente ottima. Ski In/Out molto comodo. Ski shop nell albergo super. Colazione ottima.

Struttura vecchia. Non curata. Bagni non al altezza. Freddo intenso in molti corridoi. SPA indecente sia per design che piccolezza, tutta bagnata, piscina riscaldata troppo fredda inusabile, una sola jacuzzi minuscola sempre piena, peggiore spa in assoluto degli ultimi anni. Sauna in camera non funzionante e non l hanno sistemata dopo tre richiami. Deposito cauzionale di mille euro (assurdo per una camera con sauna rotta) restituito di default dopo 7gg, ho dovuto discutere per averlo entro 24h, inaccettabile il cliente deve essere messo a suo agio, non è una banca un albergo che si tiene i soldi vi pare?

De ligging is prima voor wintersporters

Het eten: ontbijt is matig qua variatie, qua bevoorrading (borden, bestek bekers etc), half pension de meerprijs NIET waard, en bovendien is de capaciteit beperkt waardoor we 2 x niet konden dineren wegens plaatsgebrek.

Water in the outdoor swimming pool is just cold 🥶 It must be relaxing, but you can’t just stay in the pool for half an hour and not freeze. The hotel has several lifts (A B C) that lead to different room numbers on same floors. Sometimes it’s like a maze. Indication is very unclear. Breakfast must be of be not so basic, hotel is not so cheap. Ski-in is not easy for beginners.
