All staff is nice and willing. Unfortunately the property itself seems to be left in disrepair. The worst part is the lack of a proper restaurant/chef: food quality is below par. Breakfast is appalling, very little choice and poor quality. Definitely, as it is now, not a 5 star hotel.

This is a 5 star property with excellent service, nice and very clean room, a wonderful pool and the best massage I have ever received, the restaurants were great....I loved my stay here and highly recommend it.

The best 5 star resort in Antananarivo, as always! The only one having a large outside pool and tennis court, fitness, in-house nightclub, etc.

The main restaurant could serve more Malagasy meals in its menu…

"Not a 5-star worthy hotel"

Booked a room at 9'th floor and realized the sounds from the street was very loud, not only from cars passing by, but also by barking dogs. It seems the hotel has not upgraded their windows to prevent noise from the street since it was build which made it very difficult to sleep. Our feedback to our tour operator: Not to be recommended!
