Lifts broke half way through our stay, making it difficult as we were on 3rd floor

Amazing location, friendly staff, good food, comfortable rooms - if on the small side.

Non-existent WiFi in hotel

Food was average compared to the price paid. Wine and beer were expensive.

Retro decor was very cool. Especially liked the lobby area with comfy sofas. Our room interior design was cool. Liked the little touches of flip artnote book, postcard and the ski apparel in boxes by each room door Drinks, al la cart food and cocktails all brilliant. Location is great! Good access to town. Staff were all very friendly. Pool, sauna, steam room were great. Modern and always clean and tidy. Enjoyed the music and DJ on the terrace.

Breakfast was basic stuff. Not much fresh fruit. Milk and yogurts weren't kept chilled. We both had upset tummies one day and we think it might've been the sausages at breakfast. Our room key cards randomly stopped working three times which caused us disruption enerting our room and unlocking our ski locker. Our shower gel was running low so called reception to ask for a top up that never happened. 1971 bar/terrace bar and la Fondue restaurant seemed to always be short staffed with long waits for orders.

The hotel is nice, really good breakfast! Location is perfect! We had a room for 2 ppl which was nice but rooms a very tight. Pool has nice warm water, sauna and steam room are great! Too bad it’s only open till 8 pm.

This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day. Otherwise it was fine.
