Park Hill Inn & Suites

It was ok

Stains on the blankets. Dirty towels behind the bed. Door wouldn’t shut.

The ParkHill Inn & Suites is one of our favorite places to stay from this point forward. The staff is professional and very nice and friendly. The room was cozy and inviting. Most importantly it was very clean with lots of light with big windows that actually open. The cleaning staff were great and Jenna made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious it was a real breakfast and you could have 2nd servings. The breakfast room was absolutely clean and with an inviting breakfast aroma. April was awesome and very welcoming to us and everyone and we were privileged to get to meet Jackie who was just as awesome and wonderful as April. Overall great breakfast staff and delicious breakfast. Security is very good and we felt safe. Great Value in every way. We are already recommending the ParkHill. Thank you ParkHill for a wonderful stay.

The door to the room would not shut and when we reported it they said you just had to push it.

I loss everything, the hotel do not want to adjust

The room was very large, bed comfortable and bedding soft. The room had only one chair, so unless you sat on the bed, one person didn't sit at all. The tub seemed badly fitted as it creaked and groaned as you stood or sat in it. The towel rack supports were rusty and there was nomstopper for the sink. We drink decaf coffee...not to be had anywhere in this hotel. When I asked at reception, the reason given was that no one used it so they had to stop providing it.

The location of the hotel is not a safe area however, the staff and the hotel is wonderful.
