Park Hill Inn & Suites

Rooms were very old and not properly cleaned. Hair and dust collected behind mattress under head board. Bed covers and pillow covers had hairs and stains. It was very poor stay. My kids didn't want to sleep when they saw the stains on covers. It was not fresh stains but looked like washed and stains remained after. Very loud street although we slept on the third floor. Overall very poor experience and i won't be staying their again. I didn't want to change rooms as we were driving for hrs and super tired. However in the morning we found out hotel is fully booked anyway. The only great thing about this hotel is the breakfast and the breakfast staff member April. Food was clean tasty and fresh. She was very kind and hardworking. 5stars to that only.

Property is good for what we paid for. It was quite clean. However, there were cigarette burns in some of the furniture that was in our room. Overall decent and would probably stay again if we’re in the area.

The hotel was great for the money staff was friendly location was central and the beds were comfy. But we got in second night around 2am and there was no hot water for shower same at 7am but had hot water at 10am. There were homeless people and drug addicts sleeping outside. Second night they appeared to be trying to get into park cars. Unfortunately seemed to be all around the downtown not just here but still felt safe.

I had a very spacious room at the end of the hallway. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, pancakes and hashbrowns.

It’s my first time here but I must say that everything here is perfect and the next time I’m coming to red deer, I will love to make here my home ❤️

Convenient, very nice trails to walk around

Room was paid for in full. Get there on our arrival date and was told, we had to have a credit card. Sorry, but neither of us have credit cards, and don’t want them. They would not give us the room without, so we had to call another friend to borrow their credit card, then it had to go our friends email and they had to send in a picture of their ID….blah blah blah. We looked on the “fine print” and come to find that it can be either a credit card or debit card and that it’s the discretion of the hotel. So…if you don’t have a credit card, don’t waste your time on this hotel.

We were just looking for a reasonably priced hotel for one night stay in Red Deer. We found this hotel on Travelocity and were more than satisfied with our accomodations.
