The property is perfectly positioned on the coast. Morning sunrises are an amazing way to start the day.

Beautiful place. Close to downtown. Restaurant on site.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the pool, grounds and proximity to shore path and town.

This property is the nicest in Bar Harbor with the best location. It is our favorite place to stay on the Island. They have significantly improved their breakfast buffet and even allow take home boxes. The infinity pool and two hot tubs are excellent. The outside terrace dining area is a landmark in downtown Bar Harbor. I can't recommend this place enough.

Landscaping outstanding. Rooms great, except hot water uncertain at night. Service outstanding. Location unbeatable.

The Bar Harbor Inn is just Beautiful. From the time you pull up it’s ambience just shines. The staff that greets you at the door and the front desk staff lets you know very quickly that you’re in for a treat. Ashley, at the desk, was very friendly and welcoming. After checking in she helped me get our pass to Acadia. I did sign up for text messaging alerts and at least once a day she contacted me to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Although we didn’t, it was nice to have that type of communication. The Inn is gorgeous. Our ocean from room had the most amazing view out over the harbor and the room itself was clean and comfortable. We had reservations and ate at The Reading Room and the food and the view was out of this world. The location is second to none. Easy walking distance to everything in Bar Harbor. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning!!! Thanks Bar Harbor Inn and especially the staff!
