Very nice. High end services

The Inn was more than we expected. The staff was really friendly, efficient, and courteous. The continual breakfast was great, with fresh fruit and pastries made there.and much more. Situated on the ocean with a wonderful ocean walkway, and near near the shops and Acadia near by made this the perfect place to stay.

Bar Harbor Inn is the perfect place to stay when you are in the area. Beautiful and clean place, walking distance to Main St where everything is. Breakfast is also great. Most especially, the staff are all friendly. Best place I have stayed in so far.

We stayed very early in the season so the pool and hot tubs were not open. Otherwise everything was top notch! The spa robes in our room was such an unexpected treat! Our view from the Oceanview Lodge was fantastic. Room service and meals were impeccable and 5-star quality. Complimentary continental breakfast featured delicious pastries and fruit. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location on the water very close walking to everything in Bar Harbor. Hotel is very nice just wished the dining room was open , closed for remodel Not many options in Bar Harbor in early April.

Everything appeared fine until I got home and noticed that my credit had been charged an extra one hundred dollars. thinking it was a mistake I phoned the hotel and was told it for "incidentals" and would be refunded in two to seven days. I was never told anything about this charge at check-in or check-out and I have never had this done at any other property I have stayed at. This charge never appeared on any statement I received from the hotel, and I certainly never approved the extra charge. I think this policy should be explained very clearly to customers upon arrival or check-out.
