Property Notes

Please note, the hotel is only reachable via a cable car, free to hotel guests. The cable car is only open until 16:30. A shuttle service at a surcharge, is available before and after opening and closing times of the cable car. Late check-in is only possible on Saturdays and until 19:30. A resort fee, applicable from November to April includes access to the spa, gym, solarium and games room, as well as entertainment and kids club. Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. The Gala Christmas dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €50.00 per person. The Gala New Year's Eve dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €70.00 per person. A deposit may be required at the property.

Sicuramente la posizione è un plus di questo albergo, camera pulita e ordinata, ottima la sauna in camera a disposizione del cliente.

Il servizio della cena/colazione lascia a desiderare.. Sicuramente da rivedere.

"Blijf hier weg!"

Heb je plezier in het leven en wil je dit zo houden, blijf hier dan weg! Dit hotel ligt geïsoleerd aan de voet van de Italiaanse Matterhorn en biedt helaas geen fijne ervaring. Personeel is niet behulpzaam (Italiaans personeel dan, het Colombiaanse personeel doet enorm haar best). Bij aankomst waren de gevraagde losse bedden uiteraard niet geregeld. Avondeten bestaat enkel uit een buffet van €25, zonder keuze. De vaste gasten beginnen zelfs met tiramisu als “voorgerecht”. Een simpel pastaatje was al genoeg geweest. ’s Nachts klapperende deuren waardoor je slecht slaapt. Een vroeg ontbijt was toegezegd, maar dit bleek niet gecommuniceerd met de ontbijtploeg. Al met al: zeer af te raden.
