Property Notes

Please note, the hotel is only reachable via a cable car, free to hotel guests. The cable car is only open until 16:30. A shuttle service at a surcharge, is available before and after opening and closing times of the cable car. Late check-in is only possible on Saturdays and until 19:30. A resort fee, applicable from November to April includes access to the spa, gym, solarium and games room, as well as entertainment and kids club. Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately. The Gala Christmas dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €50.00 per person. The Gala New Year's Eve dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €70.00 per person. A deposit may be required at the property.

The staff are amazing. Probably the most helpful and chill hotel staff ever in my many travels. Location is amazing. My room had a sauna inside!!

You’re stuck there after 4pm because the only way to the town is by gondola. Only one in house restaurant and food was just ok.

Posizione ottima sia per un soggiorno estivo che invernale. Camera modesta, abbastanza pulita.

Non ho apprezzato la cucina del ristorante, poca scelta e qualità bassa; i servizi (spa, palestra, giochi) sono da rivedere: palestra inutilizzabile, attrezzi datati e non funzionanti, non sicuri; servizio spa carino ma non garantita pulizia tra un utente e il successivo; giochi disponibili datati e mal funzionanti.

La posizione è imbattibile, e la cortesia dello staff è veramente gradevole. Il cibo buono ed abbondante. La camera appena ristrutturata di dimensioni corrette e gradevole. Ottimo il servizio di massaggi, nella norma la SPA.

Le zone comuni dovrebbero essere riammodernate, alcune soluzioni poco gradevoli nella zona giochi con attrezzature obsolete da sostituire.
