"5 day break half board"

Arrived Monday lunchtime staff very helpful on arrival room was not read y but they took our bags in whilst we explored and got some lunch. They phoned us whilst we were out to tell us room was ready earlier than expected so we made our way back. Room fine clean balcony with side view of sea quiet no noise from outside. Breakfast was fine all that we would need - was always busy but plenty of tables to choose. Evening meals were much quieter, I assume due to the huge choice in the area to eat. Selection was limited in the evenings but at least you had some healthy choices. Special shout out to the outside bar staff in the evenings who were very very nice and pleasant., and did theirs best to look after you. Hotel Location on the beach - could not be any closer.

La comida solo era pasable, presentación poco cuidada y a menudo faltaban cosas, también había problema con el ascensor. Mucha gente para tan solo dos ascensores

"Incredible stay, amazing staff, and beachfront views!"

My friend and I had a truly fantastic time at INNSiDE Costablanca! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right opposite the beach. The welcome was incredibly warm, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. On top of that, the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. In short: we had an amazing holiday and would love to come back again! Shout out to Carlos ( security) Such a friendly helpful guy was very nice to meet you
