La ubicación. La limpieza de la habitación. La amibilidad del personal, tanto en el comedor, en el bar de la piscina y en recepción.

La lentitud del ascensor. Si llegabas un poco tarde al buffet, las pinzas estaban todas sucias, mezcladas, bastante desastre.

Recibí la habitación a las 16h en punto...es la primera vez que me pasa esto en cualquier hotel, aunque se que es la hora legal...también pedí habitación con cama de matrimonio y recibí con 2 camas...sin ninguna explicación.

Brilliant hotel in a brilliant location, right on Llevant beach front. With easy access to both the new and old town. This visit we had a premier room with front sea view. The room and facilitieswere good and kept in fantastic codion thougout or stay. We were only on a B& B stay, but if the breakfast was anything to go by, i would also rate the food as excellent. The pool and outside bar area, although fairly small, is adequate, and made up with an excellent service. Special mention to Osti, who is a complete nutter and made our stay extra special.
