We stayed B&B only as we like the freedom to eat at different venues in the evening. We chose this hotel as it was adults only. Room was very comfy, two large single beds and had a fridge which had a couple of bottles of water and juice, all FOC and replenished daily. This was brilliant as we took the drinks to the beach each day. Hotel is immediately opposite the beach, a few yards walk is a boarded walkway down the beach. This was ideal for us. Sun beds and umbrella on the beach were 6 euros each per day and they do come round to check you have bought a ticket. The sea is lovely and clear and very refreshing. There is a pool in front of the hotel with sun beds and deck chairs. The on-site bar is good and they do good food. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice from cereals, fruit, pastries and bread, toast, cheeses and cooked option. They also have a chef’s theatre cooking to order eggs, toasties and omelettes. The location is good with many bars, cafés and restaurants within an easy walk. Lots of friendly helpful staff there too. It was surprisingly quiet at night too. We did have an evening meal at the hotel on one night which cost 25 euros each, again huge selection of food from the buffet and as much as you can eat. Felt very safe, more so than over hear in busy areas. Plenty of police presence too. Taxi from Alicante airport cost 95 euros and we got an Uber back to the airport and that cost 72 euros. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we will return.

Breakfast cooked option could have been hotter. Lift was a bit slow. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Beware as Scammers outside the cafe next door to the hotel with the three cups routine.

Selected the hotel due to its central location as well as being a beachside property, so booked a sea view room to make the most of it. Room was comfy, with free soft drinks in the fridge refreshed every day. A nice touch. Towels, bathroom shower and overall room amenities were good and the beach view a real winner. 8 floors, so not overall high and with a swimming pool in front that was busy, but always managed to get somewhere to sit during the day Of course, with the pool not officially open until 10, there was a small queue of people from 9am waiting to be assured of the front beds, but it was friendly enough and arriving at 10:30 still meant we got a spot. There’s also a terrace area with large umbrellas for those who prefer shade. There’s a bar & food service open from 11am with a good selection and fair price. Friendly staff here, for sure. We chose half board, but only ate dinner twice as we weren’t overly impressed with the dinner selection. Breakfast was, however, absolutely fine, and open till 11 (for those who may have got home late). Being ‘adult recommended’ we had zero noise from children in the pool. We would return on a bed & breakfast basis, as Benidorm has plenty of places to have dinner at a fair price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and well equipped. I particularly loved the partial view on the beach although the street could get a little noisy at times. However, I did notice that the slide doors did a great job blocking the noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fátima in particular really brightened my dinner nights and really took good care of me. The food was also excellent and a good mix between local dishes and a more onternational cuisine. I will gladly stay there again in the future.

La ubicación y el personal

Nos morimos de calor en la habitación y no nos dieron solución, nos dijeron en la recepción ,que la dirección del hotel había limitado la temperatura del hotel a veintipocos grados y era insoportable el calor en la habitación y no se podía bajar la temperatura de la misma por la razón antes mencionada, una vergüenza, tercermundista,y además mucho ruido llegaba a la habitación
