INNSiDE by Meliá Costablanca

Recently returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is kept exceptionally clean. The rooms are of a reasonable size and cleaned daily. We stayed on a B&B basis and there were plenty of different foods to choose from. The pool area is small and the sunbeds are quickly taken. Although there are notices stating that sunbeds can’t be reserved, this was not adhered to. Towels were left on the beds on a regular basis - quite often for several hours, but were never removed by the staff. The coach drop off for this hotel is approximately a 5 minute walk away. Although it’s not a difficult walk, dragging suitcases etc. could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues, especially if the weather is very hot.

It was very basic room. No kettle or tea or coffee. Wouldn't say it was 4 stars

Stayed in February for 4 nights. This was our first time to Benidorm. Takes a little adjustment in a positive way. The hotel is located on the beach. The coach drop off a few minutes walk away. We had a case it wasn’t an issue. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The room had no balcony, be aware when you’re booking if you want a balcony. The breakfast was superb. We’ll be back in the low season and I’ll use this hotel again

Location excellent. Food breakfast & Dinner superb. Poolside service excellent. All staff excellent. Rooms good it ticker all of our boxes. We would certainly return.

The only issue we had was when trying to locate the entrance to the hotel car park. Detailed instructions need to be supplied at the time of booking to all guests arriving by car. If no spaces are available it is very difficult to find a place to park.
