lunch buffet was disappointing very poor choices not the bodrum standard room has problems the electricity went down for half hour, shower water leaked all over, patisserie is a joke compared to other budrom resort they basically bring the left overs from lunch

نظافة الحمام يعتبر مجدد بس مكتوم مافي شفاط المكيف فيه غبره او رطوبة شويا تعبنا مع الجيوب الانفية مسؤولين النظافة يعتبر مافي خصوصية اذا جوه يدقو الباب مارديت من اول مره يفتحو الباب ويدخلو مايتاكدو في احد ولا ولا وهذا شي ضايقني وسارت مشكلة في الباب مانعرف ايش واحنا نايمين يحاولو يفتحوه واقول بعدين ويرجعو يفتحو ثاني يعني خربوه بنفسهم ويحاولو يصلحوه واحنا جوا اعتذرو بس بعد ايش 🥲

An outstanding hotel with spotless facilities and an incredible team. The staff were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Berdan at the beach bar for his amazing energy, kindness, and professionalism.

האוכל היה לא טעים. החדרים לא הכי דומים לתמונות. מדובר בבית מלון ישן. אין יותר מדי מתקנים לילדים.

What we liked: ✅ A special thank you to Melodi from Guest Relations, who was always helpful, professional, and quick to solve any issues. She definitely made our stay more comfortable. ✅ The beach is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. ✅ The air conditioning works very well and keeps the room properly cold – a big plus during hot weather. ✅ Communication through WhatsApp for activities, reservations, and hotel information is convenient and modern. ✅ Staff regularly bring water directly to guests on the beach without needing to ask. ✅ The beach bar is good and the alcohol served at the Lounge Bar was of good quality. ✅ A nice touch was the complimentary sunglasses cleaning service on the beach – a small detail, but something we had never seen before. ✅ Pepper Restaurant had a better atmosphere and, in our opinion, better food than the Greek Restaurant.

What could be improved: ⚠️ The food at the main buffet was good, but not particularly memorable for a resort of this category. There often seemed to be more dessert options than main dishes. ⚠️ English communication was inconsistent. Most staff at the main restaurant spoke English well, but communication in some specialty restaurants and at reception was sometimes difficult. ⚠️ The Greek Restaurant was good, but nothing special. ⚠️ The pillows were not comfortable. The main reasons for the 7/10 rating: ❌ No proper blackout curtains. The room becomes very bright early in the morning. ❌ Extremely poor sound insulation. We stayed in two different rooms, including one in the Club area, and the issue remained the same. ❌ Throughout the night we could hear birds, outside noise, neighboring guests, and morning staff activity. ❌ Conversations from nearby rooms were clearly audible. For us, a holiday is about rest and recovery. Unfortunately, the combination of constant noise and the lack of blackout curtains made it difficult to fully relax and recharge. This was the main factor that affected our overall experience and the reason for the 7/10 rating.

I really enjoyed the all-inclusive offer, which made the stay convenient and hassle-free. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. I especially loved the relaxing bohemian design and atmosphere. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
