Mirada Exclusive Bodrum

Staff, service and facilities were all great.

We recently stayed 4 nights in Bodrum with our family and friends, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we made our reservation through Expedia, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thank you to Melodi Hanım and Özlem Hanım for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process – from assisting us with modifying our reservation to organizing the most beautiful baby gender reveal party we could have imagined. Melodi Hanım took care of every detail with such care – from arranging the decorations and the cake to coordinating everything seamlessly with the team. Thanks to her and the wonderful staff, we were able to celebrate this special moment with our loved ones in the most memorable way. The hotel itself was excellent – clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste, and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel in Bodrum with outstanding service and warm hospitality, this is the place to stay. Thank you again to everyone, especially Melodi Hanım and Özlem Hanım, for making our stay and our celebration so special. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for one week at the Mirada Exclusive in a beautiful room with a sea view. The room was modern, clean and well maintained with a stocked fridge full of branded soft drinks and water. I was so pleased to find a good quality high powered hairdryer! The staff at the hotel are first class. Nothing is a problem. We would particularly like to thank Berdan who looked after us when we visited the pier/lounge area by the sea. We would also like to thank our cleaner Jamma who left our room spotless everyday! Finally we would like to thank Kaan for his professionalism and hospitality and wish him well - he is a credit to the company. The food and beverages were also superb - cocktails and snacks we couldn’t fault it. We will definitely return and recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and location. As a couple, we had a really relaxing time time. The hotel is pristine with exceptionally well trained and attentive staff, their service to the guests has been exemplary. 15 minutes from Bodrum city, the location is ideal and in late September and early October the temperatures were perfect for us at around 25 degrees c. The climate was perfect as their was also low humidity. The food and drinks offering on the all inclusive break was fantastic with the freshest ingredients from the Mediterranean in the dining room and premium brands only at the bar. Many thanks to staff members Berdan and Kaan whom we had good conversations with and also all the other staff members for their service. This is a hotel and location which we would definitely recommend and will definitely return back to.

Everything was perfect the staff all of them are very professional and helpful specially gan in the reception and Muco in the peach the location is perfect the food was fantastic and there is a variety of different kinds the room is very clean and comfortable the room service is very helpful the view is amazing really I love everything in this hotel many thanks to them

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel. The facilities were excellent, the location beautiful, and the staff exceptional—from the room attendants and those who restocked the tea, coffee, and fridge, to the Reception and Customer Relations teams. A special mention goes to the waiters Nubret, Vedat, and Sedat, who looked after us so well, and to Serhat from Courtesy and Security. Hope to return next year.
