Friendly and attentive staff. The quality of food considering it’s being produced for the masses was a high standard. Good facilities.

Use of plastic bottles. Would encourage hotel to install water coolers throughout the resort and provide each guest with a reusable water bottle. Housekeeping could be improved, they failed to clean our room some days. Rooms a bit tired.

Our stay was prefect from start to end: the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the porter staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and thoughtful details everywhere that made our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the sea views, pool, spa which provided both relaxation and fun. The dining options were excellent, with fresh and delicious meals that catered to all tastes. What stood out most was the service. Every team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. Small touches like leaving bottles of water in our taxi by the staff at the entrance was much appreciated. Overall, our time here was everything we hoped for and more. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway, a romantic escape, or simply a place to recharge, this resort delivers on every level. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Très bel hôtel, magnifique vue, cadre agréable et apaisant. L’emplacement, pas loin du centre ville. La propreté et le confort des chambres. La nourriture est bonne. La gentillesse du personnel et leur bienveillance. Serviables, et très professionnels. Un grand merci à tout le personnel.

La plage est petite c’est dommage. Pour les non sportifs : des montées/ descentes à faire pour se déplacer dans l’hôtel. Il y’a des ascenseurs dans le bloc principal. Le restaurant à la carte italien : le concept est bien mais les plats sont de petites quantités et l’attente est un peu longue. Le restaurant à la carte turque n’est pas mis en avant alors que leur plat sont excellents. La porte de chambre 2141 pas d’isolation phonique on entend les gens parler dans le couloir ou leur claquement des portes et c’est très dérangeant. Surtout si on tombe sur des voisins qui n’ont pas de savoir vivre et que vous avez un bébé qui dort ! Pas d’aération dans la douche

First time here and for sure it will not be last. The place is wonderful and stall are very helpful and friendly. Food is great in poffe and Resturants

السعر و اوقات البوفيه للوجبات وقت الفطور قريب من وقت الغداء و وقت العشا ياريت يتاخر يفتح من 7 و يقفل 10 يعني لو طالع من الاوتيل رايح يفوتك ادا رجعت الاكل و الطلبات على البحر و الشاطي محددوه لازم اطلع المطعم اتغداء ما اقدر اطلب على التراس إلا كم طلب محدود و بعد المساج غير مشمول في الانشطه

This is one of the best hotels in bodrum The staff The service 100/100. The experience was really amazing and we had a great time, attention to details and guest request was too knotch and may I say the food selection as well was was so good. The buffet or the restaurant all was amazing
