Best Western White Mountain Inn

Great breakfast and pool facilities. I had a problem at check in, but the guest agent was very helpful with fixing it. Room was in great shape. Bathroom fan was loud. Staff was very nice.

Parking lot was bumpy, cleanliness poor. Service desk was good. Was not much at all for places to eat.

Ample parking, room was clean. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage & waffles but nothing else hot. Cereals, toaster, muffins. Basic but sufficient.

This hotel doesn't seem that old but appears to be hanging on by a thread. Room was in disrepair- holes in walls patched poorly, ceiling peeling, you can see that repair work has been completely shoddy. A/C fan sounded like a freight train all night and kept waking us up but it was too hot to turn it off. I booked here through booking and was given a 2 queen bed room for my husband and myself (it was all that was available.) I asked if they had one bed and was swiftly told that it couldn't be changed because it was a 3rd party booking and he wouldn't budge. I understand this, but that hotel wasn't even half full as we could see by the parking lot. The annoying consequence of this is that the only charging available is between the two beds and there are no outlets on the outer sides of the room.

Walls very thin. Could hear the TV in the next room well into the late night.

Location was good for our needs. Near to the towns and attractions in the area. Staff were friendly. Big rooms and bed comfy enough. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked nice. We got what we were expecting from the property so no major complaints at all.

Could do with better pillows for the bed. The breakfast wasn’t great but filled a hole.
