Clean, breakfast provided

The rooms were new, beds were comfortable

The breakfast area had fruit flies all over the breakfast area, they are trying to renovate but the dining area needs some cleaning.

Comfortable beds, plenty of outlets

Room was not ready even after check in time. The restroom I was allowed to use as I waited for my room was completely covered in dried urine. It was safer to squat and pee behind a bush

Worked for us

There was construction debris everywhere. There was food waste on the lawn outside. We had to be moved out of the room we booked and paid for because the door did not close, we were moved into a different room which was a lower cost but the difference was not offered to be refunded. There were electrical outlets that were uncovered and unsafe. Our bathroom fan was not functioning and stuck on. The hotel lobby and the elevator were dirty. The hallway outside of our room was dirty and there were tools left in the corner by our room.

Newly remodeled (our door had been installed earlier that day). Comfortable and clean. Conveniently located off 93, easy to get to Franconia Notch.

This hotel has excellent location, right off hwy 93 and in the beautiful mountains of Franconia. The pool was huge, clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. We enjoyed swimming there. Our room was recently renovated and was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The price was right for a hotel that is undergoing renovations. We knew that when we booked so we accepted the downsides of staying at a place that is in the process of being renovated.
