O hotel tem boa localização em bairro central. Os quartos são amplos e as camas são confortáveis.O café da manhã é variado e com fartura. A piscina térmica é ampla e bastante confortavel.

O hotel tem um problema com elevadores que não conseguem atender bem a demanda dos hospedes nos horários mais críticos. O restaurante poderia ter uma variedade maior e melhor de opções para servir os hospedes.

Camas muito confortáveis e espaçosas.

Tive problemas com o quarto desde a chegada, tinha uma TV 32 polegadas sem conexão de internet, trocaram a TV mas não a internet na TV, segunda dia a tarde regularizaram este tema. Tinha uma problema de vazamento na parede do corredor ao lado do quarto (foto)que ficaram com barulho o dia inteiro no terceiro dia, sendo impossível descansar no quarto, após reclamar por 3 vezes por volta das 18hs pararam com o barulho. Vazamento do box para o banheiro (foto).Outro são os cobertores, creio que deveriam ter edredom para os casais.
