Dos pontos positivos do HOTEL, destacam-se a localização na cidade, próxima às ruas centrais e às vias gastronômicas, além do fácil acesso às avenidas que levam ao Paraguai e aos demais arredores turísticos.

O HOTEL é muito antigo e necessidade de reforma nos quartos e banheiros e áreas internas. Isso é importante para competir com a hotelaria da região e com as ofertas de AIRBNB. Porém a localização e serviços compensam.
