Localização , tamanho do quarto, café da manhã , boba funcionários

Os quartos estão precisando de uma manutenção. No primeiro dia fiquei num quarto onde vazava água pelo box quando tomava banho. Troquei de quarto: esse vazava água na pia, a porta do banheiro estava sem a vista e não fechava.

Quarto confortável de bom tamanho, cama excelente, boa localização

Estacionamento mal cuidado, sujo e bagunçado, fica no subsolo e não tem acesso pelos elevadores. Os hóspedes normalmente não tem acesso ao estacionamento pois existe um concierge que leva e traz os veículos na porta do hotel, porém como eu estava de moto era eu mesmo quem levava a moto ao estacionamento que deixa uma péssima impressão.

O serviço de limpeza do hotel surpreendeu... os funcionários estão de parabéns... na verdade todos me supreenderam... desde o atendimento na cozinha, na recepção... todos estão de parabéns...

No meu quarto o local onde tomava banho o box estáva com um problema. Ao tomar banho molhava todo o chão, só isso tenho a reclamar.
