Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived and checked in until we left. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was awesome, with plenty of room. The swimming/waterslide area, both inside and outside were so much fun. We truly enjoyed our stay. We were within minutes of all we had planned to do. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Its always exceptionally clean and well kept. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is so wonderful and engaging. Love having the daily activities for children. Best place in the smokies for families!!
