The Resort at Governor's Crossing

Lots to do.. very family oriented facility. It is more geared to young teen and younger. Rooms are spacious.

Lots to do indoor and outdoor activities. Green space is nice.. indoor pool stays open till 11pm.

This property was great. Loved the layout of room, we had one with bunk beds for the kiddos. It was clean and beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the planned activities that were available, like the foam party, gem mining, movie on the lawn and the scavenger hunt. Of course we all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor water parks. We got good vibes from the staff, they seemed as if they really wanted to help you enjoy your stay. Location was great also. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions for families.

The location and activities are very good, the open spaces are beautiful and the size of the rooms are comfortable

The beds and sofa bed are super uncomfortable. They don’t have supervision in the pools and that made some people upset without anyone telling them anything.

I liked that there were multiple activities at the hotel we could do all throughout the when we didn't feel like going out in town to entertain the kids.

The indoor water pool didn't have proper ventilation to vent chlorine fumes from the pool. The chlorine was so strong one day we could not use the indoor pool bc our eyes burned so bad. Also one of the claw machines in the game hall on the first floor by the activity area had mold on the stuffed animals.
