"Bra fräscht hotell, stora rymliga rum"

Stora rum med allt man behöver. Trevlig frukost.

Ventilationen på rummet inte helt bra, var väldigt varmt på natten trots att det var kallt ute och ventilationen på lägsta temperatur.

"Exceptional and caring service"

The staff here are exceptional, I'm staying here as my daughter is currently in the Children's hospital and I am sharing time with her mother. One in and one out. Last few days I'm running in fumes. I was greeted by Tom when I first got to the hotel and he sorted out everything for me. Later when I extended my stay I was assisted by Libby who helped amazingly. I can't fault the staff here.

"Comfortable and convenient"

All staff were polite and helpful and the location was where I needed it to be for pick up by Rabbies.

It was a little disappointing that on my arrival I was told that breakfast was not included, then as I checked out I was told that a complementary breakfast had been available

"Amazing Staff and Head Chef Becky and the Team."

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the atmosphere made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. A very special thank you to the head chef, ''BECKY''. She is truly talented, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. Her attention to detail, creativity, and warm personality made the dining experience exceptional. She clearly puts passion and care into her cooking, and it really made my stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, outstanding staff, and amazing food. Thank you to everyone for such a memorable experience!

"Good clean room and convenient location"

Staff were friendly, and one staff member cared about my safety during a particularly troublesome situation late at night. Check in and check out were simple, and food options were quite flexible and clearly communicated. Room was clean and comfortable. Accessible shower was really handy for my knee condition, and staff made sure to communicate that I was able to have the accommodations that I’d requested during the booking.

The price was a bit higher than I hoped, and you don’t get so much for that price, but it’s the same everywhere in Bristol.

Very friendly staff, got a warm cookie on check in :)

TV could have been updated - wasn't a smart TV, which I would have expected. Parking was also £18 for a night
