"Location, clean, modern"

First time to Bristol. We have planned some train excursions so the location was perfect. Also a 10 Minute walk to a wide variety of restaurants. We walked to the SS Great Britain museum 25 minutes. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. However, we could not get a decent cappuccino at breakfast. Room was a good size and had a view over the church and a glimpse of the harbour. Wifi was good too. We did find the room was noisy from traffic even though we were 5 floors up. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable rooms, big walk in shower, very friendly and approachable staff always ready to help.

My visit was short and I was out most of the time so I didn’t experience any downsides to my stay.

Only a very short stop but receptionist Tom was superb and room extremely comfortable and well appointed.Loved the cookie. Morning receptionist very brave in dealing with very awkward and threatening party

One lift was unreliable and stopped several times in transit.Bit scary st 11.30 st night
