"Excellent hotel, will definitely use it again."

Lots of choice for breakfast, all fresh and delicious. The Kiln restaurant was a really nice environment. Lovely little touches like the warm welcome cookie and espresso machine to provide nice coffee before breakfast. The staff were friendly and efficient, hotel clean with tasteful decor.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Liam yesterday as there was a problem with the car park booking I had just made online. The JustPark website was unhelpful but Liam sorted the issue immediately. When we arrived, he was on duty at Reception and I was able to thank him personally. Great service. Thank you.

Lokalizacja pokoju zbyt blisko wind co powodowało dyskomfort przechodzacych głośnych osób. Niektórzy nawet walili w drzwi pokoju wzniecając hałas.

"Great Hotel good location ...... have a pint down the road"

great location lovely hotel as you would expect from Hilton group ... also car chargers at the hotel which is a plus

Bar prices insane !! few nice pubs down the road so not a major issue

Hi I have been staying at the Hilton Doubletree brand for 18 years and I have had great experiences over the years. The Doubletree by Hilton I would put at that level To mention a few who excelled at customer experience is Leo who has gone and above the customer experience needed , welcoming with a great smile . Tom who is the assistant manager is also supportive and helpful The menu is a huge improvement when I first came especially the specials, congratulations to chefs . Finally the ladies at reception Libby and Melinda who go out of there way to make you feel welcome and always helpful. Look forward to coming back to a great atmosphere.

"My trip to Bristol"

We enjoyed our staying your hotel We hade a grate, wonderful, patient and efficient attitude from Tom Rew. You should have more people like him. Some of the others were Impatient and did not help us As Tom Rew did. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Thanks Netanella Isaac Cyla kovalevsky
