Local and safe parking

Have been staying there for a number of years. Room was a little tired and bath shower screen simply didn’t work. Room smelt damp.

Good location between Train station and city centre, helpful staff

No shelf in bathroom for toiletries, another grab handle by the shower exit would be safer Awkward tea making facilities tucked away in a drawer

Very convenient for Temple Meads rail station. Great room and amenities and a very welcome cookie to go with Nespresso coffee machine in room.

Reception failed to tell me you have to swipe room card to use lift!

Excellent location with friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable bed, plenty of plugs to charge things.

Arriving on foot you had to walk up a slope to get to the entrance.
