Noise from cocktail bar late at night

Location is very central. Apartment is a good size

Fairly dated and the apartment is quite dark

Location was excellent with easy access to all the places we wanted to go to. Room wasn't too bad.

Mantra seems to have deteriorated a bit in their service. No reception open just a black phone to speak to staff to obtain code to collect keys out of a safe. Miss the personal check in. Pool could do with a clean it had the dirty scum line. Our room was very comfy but there were no USB charger points available at all. Luckily I had my own. Also the bedside lamps looked lovely but could only be turned off at the PowerPoint no switch on the lamps at all. The TV whilst great had an insane volume issue would be extremely loud even on a really low volume setting. Because the room was all tiled and a lot of hard surfaces so sounds really echoed. It made it really difficult when one of us went to bed and the other stayed up to watch TV, there was no way to block the sound out. You can tell it's gone downhill when the coffee sachets are International Roast instead of Moccona or Vittoria!

There was no storage in the bathroom. Mould in bathroom

Great location . Clean, quiet

This property needs some updating. They say there is a laundry but none of the dryers worked. Rather disappointing. If it doesn’t work don’t advertise you have on a laundry.

Terrible room . Aircon leaking. Felt like a bunker.
