Imagine arriving tired at 1am after a 5 hour flight the staff on are hopeless, the manager tells you you can park for free across the road in the car park and points directly across the road, go into the airport car park and feel like this is wrong. Attempt to call the reception over a period of 5 minutes several times - there were 3 people on front desk and another two in the room near it. No answer. Come back across the road to be told “no not that car park the other one on the left”. Have to then go back across the road, move car into the other car park and then come back. Wasn’t even offered an apology. Obviously it’s hard to find staff because I can’t explain the lack of common sense here

Room was comfortable and clean. Nice balcony area with privacy. Bathroom was bright and clean. The pool & splash areas were exceptional. Staff were friendly yet professional. Courtesy bus to airport was a plus.

A restaurant or dinner service would be a wonderful addition. The menu provided was more like bar meal selections.

As it was my husband’s 50th the amazing staff upgraded our room and created the most amazing towel cake as a surprise! The room was awesome, the pool amazing and the food was excellent. Thank you so much for having us!

It was beautiful and peaceful, with an amazing view of the native bushland from our balcony. It was lovely sitting out there listening to the birds. It was roomy with great beds, fantastic facilities. Staff were wonderful and helpful,

It was a little overpriced for me, however we were celebrating a special birthday. But enjoyed our stay.
