Excellent hotel. We arrived at midnight, the hotel located in tge airport. We just walked 7 mins through the foodpath. The receptionist were helpful & welcoming. They prepared their budgies to drop us to the room. The room was spacious with kitchen. Definitely makes the stay more comfortable.

Location was its only endearing quality.

Room was "just a" room. Not inviting, cold appearance. Stuck out in the darkness. Had to walk to reception at 4.30am., was dark and spooky and I felt very unsafe.

The pool and cleaning staff were excellent .The bus services promised were never on time and lots of delays .I travelled for Oceanic and saw many officials waiting for hotel bus that could take them to stadium and back and found them waiting for bus .Reception was not good in giving information about tours and travels and visiting nearby grocery stores..The money spent on accomodation at Mercure and Novotel was on high side .
