The bar and reception area was very nice

The cosy room we had booked was far too small and the windows barely opened so the room was boiling. None of the rooms have air con which is fine, but as I’m 34 weeks pregnant me and my husband asked if they had a cooler room available, the man said they had a bigger room available on the ground floor but we would have to pay £30 extra as this was an upgraded room. As we wouldn’t have been able to stay in the smaller room we paid for the upgrade. He later told me that the cosy room type was really more suited to a single occupancy so I’m not sure why it was available when booking for 2 people. The car park also costs £15 per night it is not included with the room. Both room we seen were nicely decorated but had scuffs on the furniture and stains on the carpets.

Music at the bar was just slightly too loud

Wir hatten ein unter dem Dach Zweibett Zimmer ,da hat gemütlich eine Person Platz gehabt aber nicht Zwei. Bei 35° C unerträgliche Wärme,der Lüfter hatte die Geschwindigkeit einer Schnecke außer man lag 20 cm davor. . Das Zimmer sollte bei 25° nicht vermietet werden..

The hotel is stylish and staff were welcoming and helpful. The shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable. Location of this hotel is perfect. We had breakfast included and there was a good selection of items available.

We stayed in a superior king room and overall the room was nice. There were just a couple of areas that were disappointing- the wallpaper was peeling at the top in multiple places around the room. We were in a room with a four poster bed and the tv was positioned so that the person laying on the left hand side of the bed had their view of the tv blocked by one of the posts.

Top Lage, Parkplatz dabei, schön eingerichtet;

In der Nacht extrem laut, da irre Menschen mit lauten Fahrzeugen unnötig lärmen (Straße führt an zwei Seiten um das Haus herum); Kellner an der Bar unpersönlich und „hört“ nur seine Musik und diese viel zu laut!

Back at our home from home in Canterbury. Our ususl comfortable room in the Wood Mill annexe. Smiling, helpful staff. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!
