The room was nice and comfortable, very clean at that. The staff wasn’t really that impressive, nothing to compliment. Super close to the freeway, I would absolutely stay there again!

We went back for our wedding anniversary. The place has gone through lots of renovations, Not all for the better

It has lost its “castle” feel Housekeeping staff NOT caring, Didn’t even make the bed one day, Didn’t leave enough towels another day

Okay rooms with no amenities except a coffeemaker and tiny fridge. No free breakfast and no breakfast at all on weekends, not even free coffee in the lobby. Pool was closed, grounds are poorly tended, much of the outdoor lighting not functioning. Basically, a no-frills experience at a much higher price.
