The nostalgia from when it was the Radisson. Roman was very accommodating.

Our stay was below sub par. Everything we were told would be available when we booked our stay months ago was in fact not available. We had called in advance to make sure the pool was open (we have small children) and it wasn't. We had inquired about the restaurant being open specifically for breakfast or buffet and was told yes but it wasn't open due to staffing. When we booked the hotel thru booking.com it gave us the price including our small dog and fees. While driving to the property from kansas were charged the hotel fee on the card on file even though it was pay on site at the property on arrival. We were using a different card to pay. When we brought up concerns about payment we were told cancel our stay and go stay at the Marriott instead at a hotel with a bad reputation with our small children. We were charged additional fees of incidental and a pet fee when we were told it was in the entire hotel stay from the original payment. Also our 1st room was dirty. The bed had stuff on the sheets, light bulbs burned out, stains on the carpet, and the bathroom was dirty. It was just not a pleasant experience overall and was lacking everything we had originally booked it for in the 1st place. It was better as the Radisson hotel.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and updated! Staff was super friendly!

The only downfall was no pool but we see that it is under construction so hopefully that will be available soon!

Very sparse. No shower caps limited tissues. After purchasing a yogurt I was given a fork to eat it as they”ran out of spoons”. After paying in fullI was also told $100 additional dollars would be held for seven to ten days!!

The room was nice, comfortable and clean

It's the middle of the summer and both pools were closed supposedly for renovation. There's 4 seasons in New England and you pick the summertime to do this??? Unacceptable!!!
