Sehr schönes romantisches Hotel in einem Künstler Bergdorf.

Unser Zimmer war etwas muffig.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location and fantastic friendly staff. Love this place and can’t wait to go back.

The Hotel is located in quiet area just a minute walk from the local village (which is gorgeous). Rooms are quite rustic without being old fashioned, they were thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis with the towels and bedding changed regularly. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with a wide and varied choice of what to eat, the members of staff all acted and worked in a very professional and friendly manner. a big shout out to Pierre (apologies if incorrect spelling), who wore tirelessly in both the bar and at breakfast service. The pool was amazing, the only let down was that some of the loungers were in need of replacing ( I did notice that some where being assembled, in a workshop downstairs). This was a very relaxing holiday, after our recent trip to India which was loud and very tiring. There were a couple of minor issues which were dealt with in an efficient manner by the hotel staff, such as an influx of ants (sorted with no fuss). A vase for putting in some fresh flowers (provided on request). The pool area can seem a bit quiet, perhaps some quiet music piped in? I did not ask. Would I return, YES in a heartbeat. The Staff were Brilliant!!!!

The hotel is very well designed and very authentic and is generally well maintained. The location is good with only a short walk from the centre of the village. The room was a little on the tight side but did have a good sized veranda with rattan furniture and coffee table. We really liked the hotel, the location and definitely the staff who were all extremely kind and helpful.

In our opinion the breakfast was poor and could have been much better, simply by changing it from day to day would be a good start (the hot food). We opted to miss a couple of days because we felt it wasn't really appetising. We booked on the pretext that the hotel had an attached restaurant called Fumu, but found this to be closed and no one at the hotel could tell you if it was ever going to open again, they only said it has nothing to do with the hotel, although I find this very hard to see because the Resturant area is also used for breakfast and vice versa.... it was disappointing Fumu was closed not only as we were looking forward to using it, but it would have added a much better atmosphere in the evenings and add a buzz to the hotel. It was extremely quiet and found that the hotel are missing something either by being more visible during the day to sell food and drinks around the pool, perhaps a happy hour for drinks in and around the hotel bar or an early evening with love music, for example. Only a few people stopped for a drink but was mainly empty and quiet, so consequently it didn't attract people to stay for a drink.

The hotel was extremely well taken care of - photos don’t do it full justice. Its beautiful and gives you the Italian vibes to fullest, staying traditional but with all comforts you might need - mosquito nets on the windows might be the only thing I missed .The hotel staff were amazing as well and very friendly and helpful. Very clean with and with great breakfast. We picked san pantaleo location quite randomly, but it was a great place to stay and go out, such a beautiful village. Highly recommending Hotel Arathena!

Being in the nature, it was not convenient to open the windows at night without having mosquito nets installed. Instead we would use airconditioning, which was not really needed temperature wise.

Stunning views and location. Close to beaches (15min car drive).

Pusryčiai labai geri. Viskas skanu ir šviežia. Baseino zona nuostabi su daug pavėsio ir puikiu vaizdu į kalnus. Personalas labai draugiškas. Miestelis kuriame yra influencerių rojus, puikūs vaizdai. Mums pasisekė nes viskas žydėjo ir kaip suprantu dar nėra aukščiausias sezono taškas.

Kiek girdisi kaimynai, vandens čiurlenimas iš santehnikos.

Le calme, la beauté de la vue, et l’emplacement

Le lit double de la chambre supérieure n’est pas vraiment un lit double mais plutôt deux lits simples accolés … c’est bien dommage pour l’une des meilleures chambre de l’hôtel …
