Das Restaurant war nur zum Frühstück geöffnet Es gab keinerlei kostenfreien Getränke (z.B. Wasser, Café) auf dem Zimmer Für den Poolbereich wurden Handtücher nur gegen Zahlung (je Handtuch € 5,-) zur Verfügung gestellt Der gebuchte Balkon war eher ein Patio ohne Aussicht

Beautiful hotel, clean and great property

Did not provide free water in room. Shampoo and etc very low quality. Disappointing they did not open the restaurant for lunch or evening services

Beautiful boutique hotel with really great views of the surroundings, comfortable bed and great pool.

Aa real gem, set in the absolutely picturesque town of San Pantaleo-actually one of the best towns we visited during our trip, and we saw most of the northeast. It's a lovely place with great restaurants and boutique shops, tasteful and full of charm, but without being overly crowded. The hotel itself strikes the perfect balance between character and comfort-it feels charming and unique without being old or tired. The pool area was lovely and peaceful, and a great spot to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. A special shout-out to Bruno, who went above ano beyond to accommodate my severe gluten allergy. He was not only incredibly thoughtful and careful, but he did it all with a warm smile every day. Thanks to him, breakfast was completely stress-free for me, which made a huge difference to our stay. Bruno truly helped make our visit extra special, and we're very grateful.

Restaurant for dinner is not operating this year which was a shame. No irons in the room and you have to go down to collect. Beach towels are available for 5 euros per towel per day which seems a bit excessive. Not sure if they provide beach umbrellas
