Our check in agent, Stephan was amazing. So polite and informative. It was our first time at this condo and he made sure we were aware of all amenities that were available to us. Whenever we saw him, he always made a point to say hello and asked if we needed anything. Can't say enough about him! The condo was awesome. So roomy and clean. We will definitely be back!
The condo was great for our family of five. The location was amazing and the shuttle to Vail was very convenient. Pool and hot tubs were great. We would provide feedback that the mattresses could use an upgrade, and the shower in the first floor bathroom did not work. Otherwise we loved our stay.

The unit where we were placed is located in the lower reaches of the property, requiring two flights of stairs, difficult with luggage. No elevator service to the rooms in this area. Fortunately we have no restrictions on mobility but when I enquired at checkout about what would a guest with mobility issues be able to get in, I was told that would have to be requested at booking.
Most everything was great. Our unit was beautiful, fully stocked and clean. They seem to have some automated emails that may be outdated (we got an email that said the desk closed for check in at 5:00 but when I called they said they were there until 9:00). The shuttle service to Vail is great, but if you are finishing your day in Vail Village, I recommend taking the local bus to Lionshead for pickup as that is where most people catch it and it fills up quickly. We will definitely be staying here again!
Beautiful Condo with mountain views! Very clean and well appointed 2 bedroom condo with a parking garage.
Cleanliness and staff support were outstanding. Shuttle service was very good. Outdoor jacuzzi was a nice luxury with beautiful views, and relaxing after a day of skiing. Road noise was audible in the room.
