Went here because my boyfriend is a member, the fascilities could use a makeover, tiles and cement in the rooms are cracked and shabby. The room smelled of chlorine after cleaning. The bed was comfortable though and AC was working. The pools are clean and the food is good, I especially liked the steak house and breakfast, even though it was very loud and crowded. The staff is lovely and helpful.

If you want horrible customer service and crappy rooms with crappy food come here. Save your money and go elsewhere I promise this place is outdated, it offers other restaurants other than the buffet but they’re always “sold out” the staff is rude. And supposedly they offer wifi but it doesn’t work and when you ask about it they’ll just tell you too many people are using it. But it never works. I’m very disappointed with this whole experience.

The bad: I bought the higher end option as the room seemed better but it was pretty much the same as the cheapest option (my mom go that one). And they put us both at the end of the hotel. So we had to walk or drive every day to the nicer area. You have to make reservations for meals, but if you didn’t wake up at 5:45 to get in line for it, you will be eating your breakfast at 09:00 am and your dinner at the worst place at 8:45. It doesn’t look like they clean the showers. The shower and sink drain doesn’t work properly so it feels your are staying in the shower filth. Too many mosquitoes (zancudos) If you didn’t pay for your reservation on the Decameron site, the phone personnel and the hotel personnel will refuse to help. The front desk ladies are rude. The good: There are several places for the kids to get entertained. The water temperature is great. The Maya Grill Steakhouse was great.

Great ambience I had an amazing experience at the resort gym! The facility was spotless and well-maintained, with a great variety of modern equipment — everything from cardio machines and free weights to resistance bands and yoga mats. I really appreciated how spacious and bright the area felt, with plenty of natural light and a refreshing view of the pool. The staff were friendly, always available to offer towels or help with equipment. I especially liked that they provided cold water and fresh fruit after workouts — such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it’s one of the best resort gyms I’ve ever used — perfect for staying active while on vacation!

Relaxing experience next to the ocean. I enjoyed the oils used and the sound of the waves as I was getting my massage. Masseuse understood when I needed more or less pressure

Very clean and welcoming resort perfect for family with children. I went to the gym, bar, and local restaurants where we had excellent service with plenty of options

What I like is the infinity pool. Check in was better than before no waiting outside until 3 pm. They let us in easily no key but no problem. The only thing I was concerned was sink getting clogged
