"Lack of customer service"

Terrible customer service during the check out. We left the pool towels inside the room and notified during the check out. The guys in the front desk of the lobby 2 required to come back to the room to take the towels and leave them at the pool with the towels service. This was really uncomfortable for me because I had knee pain.

Volvería ni que me regalaran la estadía volvería un lugar que deja mucho que decir ejemplo los room muy sucios baños Dios mío para que les cuento pasillos horrible comida de muy muy mala calidad que fue lo que me gustó la vegetación si así como tienen green área tuvieran los room fuera otro cuento lamentablemente nesecitan poner más atención a los room y a la comida es mi humilde OPINIÓN

The hotel was very old and not clean, dead flys at the buffet plates area. Food wasn’t good, no waiters at the pool. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The property needs a complete update. It appears that they do not equipped to welcome other nation beside Latino. They assumed everyone who go there speaks Spanish. This is a big issue because if you do not speak their language; it' s going to be hard. Just a few of the staff can express themselves in English.
