Twin Lotus Resort and Spa (Adult Only / November to April)

We loved the hotel, children what’s not to like? It was a lovely relaxing break. The room was very nice and the food was good too. Food and drinks much cheaper outside the hotel.

Ok hotell but considering the price it was not up to our expectations. The air-conditioning was really noisy so we had to have it off. The service was great though. The hotel areas was a little bit rundown.

Service lacking and definitely not 5* First impressions last: We stayed here for our honeymoon after travelling the whole day.We informed the hotel of our honeymoon prior to our arrival yet we were given a dark and dingy room tucked away in a corner of the hotel that looked nothing like the photos on the website; cracked tiles in the bathroom, grotty grouting and badly stained woodwork, a pathetic basket of 4 fruits that looked like they had been there for several days. All this after witnessing a snake being killed and then removed in a plastic bag by the Reception Area! We went back to Reception, deflated, and requested another room. I also explained to the Receptionist that we were here for our Honeymoon and that it had been mentioned at the time of booking. We were given a room which was better i.e. Looked more like the photos on the website. The bathroom however had no ventilation, the drains smelled and the humidity was stifling in there during the daytime. I fully expected that the oversight would be rectified over the next day or so with some small gesture in the room perhaps as a surprise, sadly nothing happened other than Housekeeping lit an oil burner which smelled of eucalyptus to mask the bad smell in the bathroom on one of the days of our stay! The breakfast area is not enclosed and there are small birds always pecking away at the food at any opportunity, the breakfast furniture sometimes has bird droppings on it. It would be better to enclose and air

Was shown the wrong room. WiFi is very spotty. Loud music across the street towards the road every night.

Beautiful location for this property. The beach and pool area are stunning, the rest of the property is poorly maintained. The fitness centre was dirty and 80% of the equipment was not working. The rooms, reception area are showing their age and basic maintain routines are lacking. Bathrooms and fitness area were always out of drying towels or toilet paper. Food is ok but not meeting a 4.5 star hotel. A requested hotel pick up from the ferry did not materialize.

Nice place but need more shuttle service car because the room far from the entrance and lobby

It was a great stay, the hotel looks a bit deteriorated but other than that everything was goods

Twin Lotus was a lovely resort. It was not a super luxurious place, but the room was clean and well-priced, and the beach & pool were great. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond to help out. The food was good (and again, pretty cheap for resort food), and there are restaurants nearby for dinner. I enjoyed that it was adults-only. They have an activities desk where you can sign up for day tours, etc. We utilized it twice are were not disappointed. The island of Koh Lanta is quieter than Koh Phi Phi and other more well-known destinations; that was a big plus for us. I would definitely return!
