Excellent staff, very friendly and caring. Great food, huge variety and different offerings every day. Dedicated in implementing COVID-19 related rules and restrictions. Nice maisonette, spacious, with a balcony, large bed, two Flat-screen TVs, refrigerator, coffee and tea amenities. Spacious parking outside. Amazing pool. The sea is across the street in front of the hotel.

Very good hotel Everything was perfect room staff and food

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The hotel has unsafe living conditions and could be a potential health hazard. We stayed in this hotel last night and we’re all sick now. I suspect that there was a mold issue in our room. The room smelled musty and wet, with wallpaper peeling off and clear moisture in the walls. I don’t even know how expedia can list such a rundown place on their website. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Very nice hotel in front of the ocean. Good size room with large bathroom and balcony. Breakfast and dinner were included and there was a good variety of food. Hot spring pool in the spa was included, we loved it. It would have been really a plus if the indoor jacuzzi had hot water. Overall we recommend, it was a nice relaxing one night stay in a very busy 2 weeks vacation.

We didn’t like the pools that were represented as mineral baths when in fact they were just salt and radon. Radon is not good for health. We didn’t like the run down and sleazy street it was on. Lots of low end restaurants and bars. We left two days early and would like a refund for those.

I enjoy the boufet , the food was great. I didn;t like that I was not informed adout the facilities of the spa , when i book an appointment

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The food is just OK.. Probably better for vacations with kids..

Great facilities, spa, big clean pool and buffet full of tasty foods.

At breakfast we asked 5 times for an employee to bring a bottle of water. Until we had finished our breakfast, the water did not come. There was hot water and they usually put a container of ice next to it, if one wanted, into his glass. We asked 5 times to put a container with ice because that day there was not even a container. While we were assured that the ice container would be added, no ice was ever added.
