Love it wonderful place to stay, service is excellent

Really nice hotel. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Food was excellent. Fresh, hot and extremely tasty. Chefs and waiting staff were really great. Bar service very poor. We went to the bar to get all our drinks as we only managed to get the attention of a bar waiter once and even then the drinks didn’t arrive. This hotel calls itself a wellness resort and spa which meant that we weren’t expecting that nearly all of the customers were families with children.

Amazing staff could not do enough - plenty of sunbeds - food superb - love this hotel - my second visit and would highly recommend. Spa treatments were lovely and reasonably priced. Will be visiting again!

The hotel is decent with excellent breakfast and dinner included (they are really really nice). But the hotel isn’t 5-star as advertised. For one, its shower head was broken and spilled water everywhere; its hair dryer was very very very weak. Service was subpar too. We couldn’t get on the Internet and was told that “there was a system problem that we can’t do nothing about, please keep trying to log in with your name and room no.” We did and after a couple of hours the Wifi was finally working.

One of the best hotels in Greece, very professional staff, spacious and centrally located. Right in front of the sea and the mountains.

Great price/offer for a spa hotel including buffet dinner. The food was great with full variety of fish, meat and vegetables (the last was very important for us). However, you need to bear in mind there are mosquitoes at night since the area is very humid. The spa facilities were not fully opened so we had a bit of a disappointment but the service was very good with friendly staff.

We stayed for one evening but it was the off season so most of their services were not available yet. The view was wonderful and it was close to local restaurants. It suited us because we weren’t really looking for a spa. I’m sure in the busy season it’s more lively.

They said thermal pool is closed last minute. That was our key attraction and we paid quite some premium for that. This is totally misleading advertising. We should at least get a partial refund

Very good experience but not perfect. Arrived and our room had 2 single beds instead of a double, although we called and asked before for double bed. Was fixed immediately.
