The Portland Hotel

Old World charm makes the Portland Hotel delightful and exceptional! We threw a dart to determine where to stay driving between the north coast and Speyside. By sheer good fortune, we ended up at the Portland Hotel. The owners were so accomodating and we enjoyed visiting with them immensely. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I and my fellow travelers can recommend this lovely establishment wholeheartedly! Ten Stars!!!

A great welcome even though we arrived late. The room was large and comfortable. The bed felt glorious after a long day of driving. I would recommend The Portland Hotel

Not bad for one night. Would probably push through to the next town instead of staying here. Food was just ok.

Okay for a short stay. Breakfast was good and the stuff friendly. Rooms are small and the bed too. Parking area was big.

Stayed for 10 wonderful nights in this lovely hotel. Enjoyed everything about our stay from the spacious, clean room to the delicious food . However the best thing of all was the exceptional hospitality shown by all the members of the team , nothing was too much trouble for them . Thankyou all for making our stay so memorable.

Shower didn't work, the water half came out of the tap and half out of the shower head, the bathroom door would not shut, needs a complete revamp.

Room very comfortable but no view as it appeared to be next to a back yard. Staff were very friendly and i was well looked after
