The room was ok for a night's sleep.

Great staff

Holes in the bathroom door , the electrical plugs kept sparking , couldn't use them. The walls were dirty , restroom trash wasn't taking out an bathroom wasn't very clean. I seen roaches , I had to make sure to shake and check my luggage before I left, I was very disappointed on our stay for me and my children's spring break vacation, I wouldn't go back and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. The only great thing was the staff was nice.

Lobby and parking lot look great and front desk was helpful but that is it with the positive. No in room coffee maker like hotel website promises. Room in bad disrepair and did not happen overnight. By afternoon you get barking dogs and strong smell of cigarettes and pot from the hallways. Air did not work and area near air conditioner unit falling apart. Many places needed wall patching and painting and caulking. Water pressure bad and so was draining. Burnt hole in comforter for a non smoking room. Bed frame larger and metal sticking out to the side which can be a hazard. TV stations often was with no picture. Lamps had rust at the bottom and one had wires exposed. Holes in ceiling and desk chair messed up. Cheap room but terrible stay and not worth saving a few bucks.

The location was perfect.

The room was filthy upon arrival, giant punch holes through the bathroom door, no fire alarm, old toilet seat, rusted appliances, mini fridge doesn’t work, no microwave, no breakfast like advertised,drawers missing from tv stand. Overall comfort isn’t there and lack of help from the front desk associates and managers was the sum of it.
