The hotel boasts a free breakfast, but that’s a lie! The room I booked was completely different from the one I chose from the options. It had no sink, only a refrigerator and microwave that you had to request. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. It looks nice from the outside, promising amenities that lure you in, but once you step inside, you’ll be disappointed. The WiFi signal is weak and barely in service. There are no phones in the room to contact the front desk. Police are always sitting in the parking lot. I witnessed a young woman becoming a victim of domestic violence, but nothing was done about it. The police never came to assist, and the front desk didn’t come to settle the commotion. Doors are slammed, and you can hear people above you walking, jumping, and so on. The elevators don’t work either. Management doesn’t care cause they are a family business, so they are the ones trying to do all the repairs and upkeep, instead of a commercial company. SLUM-LORDS of HOTELS!!

There was a strong cigarette smell in the hallway, and I could still smell it in the room too. Also, the towels in the bathroom and the bed didn’t feel very clean.

I cant think of something. I just know i won’t stay here any more or recommend

Too old! Staff are not helpful, facilities dont work. They lied about the free breakfast

It wa ok. But microwave in the room disnt work, but at least they provided a microwave in the lounge area. tv wan't working properly.

I was able to cancel my stay without a fee, and wasnt forced to stay in a smoking room, or a room under going maintenance to not end up paying.

I showed up and the room I reserved- a single queen non smoking- was not available so they tried to put my in a smoking room. Apparently there were NO other non-smoking rooms at the whole hotel available except for one undergoing maintenance. I was very disappointed as I had not only pre-booked my stay but also let them know what time I expected to be checking in after my 12hr work shift. I was on time. It didn't matter, they overbooked and gave my room away. I instead had to figure something else out last minute and exhausted. And the gentleman at the desk tried to tell me I had booked a smoking room, multiple times, until I showed him my confirmation. Then the story changed.

Failed to mention elevator did not work. Receptionist was very rude

They advertised as having breakfast but, there was NO breakfast. This place needs renovation in a bad way it was in very BAD shape and disgusting.
