"Stay was not great and breakfast was not included bedsheets were not good enough"

The information from booking.com said both 1. check in time is at 1 but it was only until 3-3:30 pm Also breakfast was including as website said but when i went there no breakfast was there. I need COMPENSATION for that

I liked that it was Surrounded by many food options and they have great water pressure.

So let’s start off with the fact that they claim to serve breakfast in the morning and that’s a total lie. I had to kill at least 6 roaches. Both mattress in room 129 have dents on the left side of them. They are extremely uncomfortable. Their wifi is EXTREMELY unreliable. It’s discoverable but you cannot actually connect to the internet.

Only the gentleman at the front desk is nice and helpful.

The wifi is not good, and there is women. i don't know if she is a manager or what, but she is rude and acts like she doesn't want certain people there.

Never even checked in as no agents were on duty first night. Went back next morning and tried to check in again and was told they didn't see reservation, but yet I was charged for two nights.

Worst place on planet earth. Dont go anywhere near this filthy place. Completely different in real life then the pictures on there. Also a sketchy area. DO NOT BOOK HERE
