The whole place was terrible, rundown, unsafe etc

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not stay here. This hotel is a health risk and should not be operating. I encountered cockroaches, rust everywhere, a nasty bathroom, and bugs dropping from the ceiling at night. When I showed the manager what was going on, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, they rudely kicked me out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will be sharing all photos and videos on my social media accounts, where I have a massive audience, so people can see how bad it really is. This place needs to be exposed.

The cost.

The room was extremely small and not as described. Although advertised as having a queen bed, it was actually a full-size. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to bathe. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the air conditioning never cooled the room properly. The listing also mentioned that breakfast would be provided, but none was available. Throughout the night, neighboring rooms played loud music, and when we attempted to contact the front desk, no one was available to assist us. Additionally, there was no elevator on the property, and we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourselves, fortunately, we were able to manage that.

I was a little disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not as advertised. The hotel was older and the restrooms were not updated and the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes/cannibas as you walked through the hallways. But the worst part is that breakfast is something that is advertised on the hotel highlights, but there was a sign that clearly stated breakfast was no longer served??? They are clearly misrepresenting themselves and this seems to be a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that they don’t! That was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. I hope this is something that Hotels.com corrects and ensures that the location is falsely advertising something that they don’t provide. One positive thing was the staff upfront… very helpful and courteous. That’s about the only positive thing.

The only good things about this place is the location, affordable and the AC works well.

The room was dirty, there was stuff on the walls and ceiling, the towels weren't properly cleaned and had other people's hair on them. Even the replacement towels had hair too. There was a dead bug in the bathroom. There was a patch of peeled paint in the bathroom with mold growing. The shower curtain was hanging too low, drenching the bottom of it, also making the shower feel claustrophobic. There was rust on the shower rod, and bathroom door. The dresser where the mini fridge is kept had very bad water damage to it. The beds were super firm and the headboards had weird smudges on it not looking properly cleaned. It also looked like someone took the smoke detector out of out room too. When entering the hotel from the right side entrance it always smelled very heavy of cigarettes. Center lamp didn't work and the outlet on it was popped out and the outlets on the wall looked disgusting by the beds.
