Ivory Palms Resort

Pretty environment and nice reception staff

Bed was broken, had to pull mattress on the floor to sleep. Floors had a yucky sticky residue on them from the cleaning product used

Ivory Palms is a great place to stay with children. It felt safe for children and those in my family loved the pool and the bouncy pad. The townhouse was comfortable and the environment quiet and peaceful overnight.

Pool lovely

Everything had a layer of grime on it. Beds/ pillows not comfortable, had been painted but all the furniture looked old, tired, rusty in places, grimey and kitchen pots were not properly cleaned. Too much money for this, was expecting better

The Whole resort was excellent

The room was great, but the BED was outdated and very uncom

Friendly staff, 3 pool options for the kids plus bouncy pillow and playground to keep them entertained. Good restaurant located on site and the 2 bedroom villas were spacious and comfortable.

Ants were a problem so we had to keep all our food in the fridge, we also had a few cups and glasses not washed properly from previous occupants. But overall, the place is great for a family stay.

The amenities are fantastic, the food at PKs is so good and well priced, staff were friendly and helpful
