"Loved most of the facilities but it just lacked in some areas"

Had excellent pools, yum food!

The premium accommodation, is not ‘premium’. Had a horrible smell in the apartment, bathroom doors wouldn’t close. Had mould in bathrooms and was very run down. The water pressure in the master bedroom was bad. The apartment was not very clean at all

Low quality rooms needs a huge makeover & massive clean & remove the mould, also showers were terrible water pressure plus handle fell off. Felt like a 1980 house with a makeover from the year 2000 , my wife wanted to leave

Great spot and comfortable accommodation.

Hasn't really aged well and very much in need of upgrades, a good clean (insects, dirty bathroom) maintenance and repairs to the leaking bathroom and non working spa should be attended to at the earliest convenience.
