Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 8:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Saturday: 8:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 to 19:00 and closed on Saturday. Please note that access to the sauna and hammam is at an additional cost. Please note that the swimming pool and the hot tub are accessible in July and August and during Winter months. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is at an extra cost. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site : Optional services to be paid on site: baby bed : EUR 15/ week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week – baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. A EUR 59 weekly fee applies per pet. A deposit may be required at the property.
