Bed was very comfortable, view from our room was gorgeous

When returning to the property late at night, it was very difficult to open the gate, and then to access the carpark. The instructions given out at check in didn't work. When we checked out, it was a very long process. We had already paid in full and didn't have anything from the mini bar, yet we were with a staff member for over 15 minutes while he looked on the computer. One staff member at breakfast buffet was unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Unfortunately we kept having to deal with her. We booked a table and she told us it wasn't booked, someone else cleared that up and showed us to the table. We waited 15 minutes for a coffee after seeing others receiving their coffees really quickly - when we asked her if our coffees were coming, she said "yeah yeah they're coming!". When one of our party advised her about vomit outside the door, she asked our friend to clean it up. Another staff member then jumped in and said that they would clean it up. She was terrible to deal with.

Dinner was very good. Breakfast - Quite satisfactory. Room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

Provision for a remote-control device for A/c ( to control from the bed etc.) should be considered for the convenience of the guests. A can of hand-wash liquid should be provided near the wash basins in the toilet.
